When you enroll your child with Building Blocks, you will be provided with a financial agreement, which must be completed and signed. This agreement will be filed in your child's folder. By signing the agreement, you agree to the following:

  • Payment for your child's care is due on Monday of each week. If you prefer to pay monthly (in advance), you may do so
  • Payment on Tuesday will be considered delinquent and will be subject to a late fee
  • You will be charged a registration fee of $75.00 on enrollment of first child, and $50.00 for each addtional child. These fees are renewable each September and is non-refundable
  • Two-weeks written notice is required prior to leaving Building Blocks. If you leave prior to the two week period, you are still responsible for the full payment up to and including your child's last day
  • Checks can be deposited in the box at the front desk. Your check will be your receipt
  • If you wish to make a cash payment, it should only be hand delivered to the Owner or Director. In this case, a receipt will be given to you
  • There will be a $25.00 service charge for each returned check
  • If Building Blocks receives two bad checks from a person, then cash or other certified payment method will be required for future payments
